What is the address of this fantastic house?
Well they put a fence up to try and block entrance to the property. Location is on North Elm wood Road across from sewage treatment plant.
It’s between S. Main and RT 70 on N Elm wood Road.https://www.google.com/maps/place/39%C2%B053'23.1%22N+74%C2%B053'04.3%22W/@39.8897462,-74.8851837,268m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x0:0x0!7e2!8m2!3d39.8897447!4d-74.8845327
What is the address of this house? I drove past it for years until I moved to AZ. I stopped more than once to take pictures of it & wanted to see & go inside, but didn’t have the guts to do it! That was in 2012- what is happening with the house now?
Today the house is still the same. Thanks for the visit to my web site.
Such a beautiful property and so sad that it is just sitting there to rot away:( I drive by it often, and just today I noticed a brand new sign that said “NO TRESPASSING AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY”, or something to that effect. I know that it was entered into the historic building database in the 90’s. Shouldn’t that mean that someone (town/state) has to keep it from becoming dilapidated?
Yeah, SAD it’s a township thing. I guess it’s Evesham Township?
Such beautiful home…. would it ever be for sale?
I am not sure what the township doing with it. I’s been vacant for years. Thank you for the visit.
Is this the farmhouse which was located immediately to the west of the old Savich Dairy Bar? On Old Medford Pike?
