#PineyWoodsPhotoSafari Last night i went for a photo safari hike with Bog Iron Outdoors (BIO)-Pine Barrens Exploration group which started out at Friendship – NJ, as our base camp. We went further south in and around the Hawkins Bridge Road on our Photo hike. The photo hike included several bogs in that area. We stayed to grab a sunset photo just before dark and then hiked out to the parking area. It was a great night and got plenty of beautiful fine art photographs on the photo safari hike.
I usually shot with a HDR style but felt the images that I am sharing are more in a photo journalist style and not my usually Fine Art style.
Robert Barnes Laucks lead the group and prepared a nice hike.

Hello Lena;
Thanks for the nice comments, you made my day!
Be Well !
Cheers Lou
The stretch around Hawkins Bridge is one of my favorite spots for exactly that reason — those bogs catch the last light like nothing else. Did you make it back to the car before full dark, or did the sunset keep you out longer than planned?
