The trip to Rancocas turned out to be a bummer. The mosquitoes were bad and didn’t have the right gear for the jungle. Sadly I aborted the trip after 3 tries with hopes of returning someday and do some Forest Bathing
My forest bathing includes breath work mediation and some photography.
Now was a time to start the breath work mediation and conclude after I have made a connection to mother natures world. Afterward I would start the walk and when mother nature called me, I stop and captured a photo or two. The call from the trees was to spend some time to analyze the communication and feelings.
On another Forest Bathing trip at a location that I like is Atsion Lake area. I have found several giant old trees there and when back to do some healing the other day. I was sad to find one of my favorite tree was dying. I hope the other trees were sending healing energy. While i was still able to do breath work mediation.
It was Sunday and there was lots of distraction which made it a challenge.
The Forest is a great place to take photographs and get healed at the same time. Mother nature is good at that way. I started yesterdays session not knowing where to go, as drove places came to mind and changed quickly, so I pulled the car over a sat a spell. It finally came to me after I calmed down and got centered. The place I knew, Timbuctoo NJ. Timbuctoo is an unincorporated community in Westampton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. Located along the Rancocas Creek, Timbuctoo was founded by former slaves in 1826.
