Night in the City of Philadelphia
Last night in the city it was alive, and the lights were like a pulse or heart beat, always moving and changing. This moment in time was taken from the Spring Garden street bridge in Philadelphia, PA.
The image is a multi-exposure HDR created with Photomatix software.

That first shot is simply stunning! Of course the other photos are great too.
Bob; Thanks for the visit and thoughtful comments.
As much as I like the others, City Never Sleeps is my favorite. Colors, reflections and composition make it so.
Hello Jim, thanks for the visit and comments.
Stunning images and its interesting to learn which software helped create them. I particularly enjoy the last one, it is so moody.
Anne, thank you for the visit and nice comments. I usually don’t give tech info, this was a rewrite of an old post, I now use Silver Efex Pro 3 for black and white conversions.
Great images, Louis. I didn’t think the black and white would work with such a colorful city, but it does! Photomatix HDR software – that takes me back! BTW, your text says click on an image for a larger view but I don’t think you have enabled that.
Thanks, Steve, I’ll check it out. I sold the rights on that to a company that made in 80 in framed print for big pharma conference room, never got to pixel peep, but did receive a photo of the installation.
Great HDR photo Lou. Reflections are outstanding.
Thank you, Kathleen, better late than never. Be Well
