My First Skydive
MY Video
My first jump from 13,500 feet with a 1-minute free fall thought the clouds at 120 mph, what an amazing experience, Highly recommended !! I made the jump today at <a title=”Free Fall Adventures” href=”http://www.freefalladventures.com/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer”>Free Fall Adventures in Cross Keys, NJ.</a>
Watch the video, there is a short 1 minute into sales pitch for Free Fall Adventures which I couldn’t figure out how to edit out, then it’s my action, please hang in and watch the whole thing, IMHO it’s worth it.
The photographer- video guy was amazing. He got out before us and landed before us, too. Amazing job.

Skydive at Crosskeys
I had the pleasure of watching some thrill seekers and one of the instructors decided to give me a thrill and some great photography, I thought he was going to land right on top of me, but at the last moment to turned away, I took a deep breath after that experience.
So when am I going to jump out of a perfectly good airplane?? Good Question.
These guys are real pros and have great equipment, I would jump with them anytime. I love the King twin aircraft … wow, what an aircraft.
In memory of a good friend, Robert Matthews who lost his life pressuring what he loved, AIRCRAFT aerobatics at Crosskeys airport.

Thanks for sharing this. It’s something I’ve been considering. I have a lady friend that wants to do it.
Hello; Bob, nice to see you. I’ve helped many different Artists to capture their work for the print. Enjoy the experience.
Brilliant images and you are so brave. I am scared enough going up in a plane and could never bring myself to jump out of one.
Long time ago, thanks for the visit. Getting over COVID.
Ok the photos don’t like – I believe you did it. Actually I’d like to do it, too.
Well now you’ve done it. The pressure to actually do a jump yourself will just continue to build. Bring your camera, of course – actually, is that allowed? I’m thinking you don’t want the possibility of dropping a hard object from altitude….
OK, Jim, I’ve already done it and the photos will be up tomorrow, stay tuned. Question, Would I do it again? Well, maybe, I’m thinking about it.
Great images – you do look very close to the landing point! I like the detail pictures of the aircraft as well. The image of the prop is great!
Yes, I was close and not by choice, It seemed like they wanted to scare the photographer, and they accomplished that for sure.
Spectacular images, Louis. I particularly like the “Rainbow” canopy. I am also impressed with the King Air. With that said, I can’t imagine jumping out of a properly functioning aircraft. I remember our daughter and a friend doing so – and I watcher her from aloft – in our own (functioning) airplane.
Thanks, Bill
Great color on these Lou! I like ‘Up close and having a blast’ and ‘Rainbow sport shoot’ the best. — Denise
Hey Lou! Nice pictures, and what a coincidence. I was recently considering skydiving — probably soon. Let me know when you do your first jump.
