Walk beneath this forest canopy, and it’s like you’re entered a hush green world where time seems to slow. Welcome to a story of re-growth.
A Walk in THE Woods 6-11-2019
The other day a group of pine trees caught my eye, they felt healthy, and I noted that I would return to explore and photograph the place. Well i had some time today and decided to go visit the trees and take photographs. What wasn’t apparent to me from the road that it was a beautiful grove of pine trees and with a path between the trees, and the trees are planted in rows. The trail contained a bench for sitting and mediation. I sat a spell to connect to the place before I photographed it. “I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than trees.”
I hope you enjoy the photographs, I was not happy with them and will go back and photograph again soon and try harder to capture the essence of the place at Medford Leas.

I love trees – and see nothing that needs to be redone, as you say. My favorite part of tree photography is the massive trunks that hold up the foliage. You have two such images here and they are outstanding. If you do go back to re-shoot – don’t replace anything, just add the new images.
WOW, what a great idea, Thank You. I have been loosing focus, no pun intended. I can’t thank you enough. Trees have been calling me near, got to find out why?
