My experience Breathing Mediation at FloatSNJ with Angela Papa for a guided musical exploration was awesome. Angela is a Mystic Guide, Intuitive Astrologer, Embodiment Coach and a crystal jewelry designer.

To start I must say I enjoyed it impressively,

but what was it that I enjoyed?
As a long time mediator I found the experience to better keep my mind and thoughts out of the experience.
This allowed me to transcend to a different level of consciousness. One thing that happened was a distortion of time and space which was a very pleasant experience. This helps with my practice.
Angela’s instruction was very helpful and keep me in the moment which is not always easy to do.

I look forward to an other Breathing Mediation at FloatSNJ
and hope to see and meet other practitioners at the next event.

IR Sauna Update 08-27-2021

Tom from Float SNJ had requested that I do another photo shoot at the Float SNJ center and jumped at the opportunity to visit the Float SNJ and do it.

I find that a Float and the IR sauna combination to create a wonderful feeling that can’t be describe only felt. I hope everybody should at least try this once in a lifetime. Preferably Now because that’s the only time we have, to quote Ram Dass.
