Another Rainy Day
The actual title of the song is “Rainy Day Women #12 & 35” (not 5 and 51), written and recorded by Bob Dylan for his 1966 double album Blonde on Blonde.
Key Details
• Release Date: Released as a single and album track in 1966 by Columbia Records.
• Famous Chorus: “Well, I would not feel so all alone / Everybody must get stoned”.
• Meaning of the Numbers: Despite the title, the numbers “12 & 35” do not appear anywhere in the lyrics. Popular theories suggest they may refer to biblical verses (such as Deuteronomy 22:21 or Acts 2:15) or multiply to 420 as a slang reference.
• Musical Style: Features a quirky, brass-heavy circus-band sound with trombones and tubas.

Old Other Rainy Day
On a rainy day, the world transforms into a canvas of reflections and muted hues, inviting introspection and a sense of calm. The rhythmic tap of raindrops against windows becomes a soothing melody, creating a tranquil ambiance that encourages contemplation.
Harold Bloom asks in The Anxiety of Influence what strong maker desires the realization that he has failed to create himself, Bloom’s question could be countered, if not answered, by T.S. Eliot direct propositions: Immature poets imitate; mature poets steal; bad poets deface what they take, and good poets make into something different

I consider myself strongly influenced by Robert Frank, but now I discover it probably was not only Robert Frank who I admire, but all previous photographers who contributed to the Art of photography.
Update from a post of six years ago, my how my fine art photography has changed. I now look for images that have a relaxing, tranquil feeling to them because life is so stressful and my image reflect my state of mind. I believe that photograph is a meditative state and the mental state can be shared if it’s powerful enough, so relax and enjoy some of my Fine Art images.
